Information you send us

When you request an estimate through the form on our website, we receive your name, phone number, the service you selected, the project details you typed and the page you sent the form from. We use this information only to contact you about your request, prepare an estimate and do the work you ask for.

Form submissions are processed by our website host (Vercel) and stored in our customer management system (HighLevel). If you call, text or email us, we receive the information you share in that conversation.

Advertising cookies (Meta Pixel)

We use the Meta Pixel to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform. It is turned off by default and loads only if you click Accept in the cookie banner.

If you accept, Meta receives information such as the pages you visit on our site and actions like starting the estimate form, sending it, or tapping our phone number. We do not send your name, phone number or project details to Meta. Meta sets a cookie on our site (_fbp) and may use its own cookies under its privacy policy.

If you decline, the Meta Pixel does not load and nothing is sent to Meta. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings (also in the footer of every page). Your choice is saved in your browser.

Google services

Our service area map comes from Google Maps. It loads only when you click Show map, and Google may then set its own cookies. Our fonts are delivered by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address so it can send the font files to your browser.

Links to other sites

Our site links to Thumbtack, Yelp, Instagram, Facebook and Gmail. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which apply once you open them.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for anything other than responding to your request, doing the work and running our business.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests and customer records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our business and legal record keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your information by calling or emailing us.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date above.
